The Operator is the Controller of your personal data with regard to data voluntarily provided through the Website.
The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:
- managing the newsletter,
- managing the comment system,
- conducting online chat conversations,
- handling enquiries submitted through forms,
- providing ordered services.
The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
- through data voluntarily entered into forms and submitted to the Operator’s systems,
- through cookies stored on users’ end devices.
2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator
Login areas and places where personal data is entered are protected at the transmission layer using an SSL certificate. This means that personal data and login details entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s device and can only be read by the destination server.
The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, particularly software components.
3. Hosting
The Website is hosted and technically maintained on servers operated by: lh.pl.
To ensure technical reliability, the hosting company keeps server-level logs. These may include:
- resources identified by URL addresses, including requested pages and files,
- time of the request,
- time the response was sent,
- client station name — identification performed through the HTTPS protocol,
- information about errors occurring during HTTPS transactions,
- URL of the website previously visited by the user (referrer link), if the user accessed the Website through a link,
- information about the user’s browser,
- IP address information,
- diagnostic information related to the self-service ordering process through registration tools on the Website,
- information related to email correspondence sent to and from the Operator.
4. Your Rights and Additional Information About How Data Is Used
In certain situations, the Controller may transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform an agreement concluded with you or to fulfill legal obligations imposed on the Controller.
This may apply to the following groups of recipients:
- hosting company acting as a data processor,
- comment system operators,
- online chat solution providers,
- authorized employees and contractors who use the data to achieve the purposes of the Website,
- companies providing marketing services to the Controller.
Your personal data is processed by the Controller for no longer than necessary to perform activities related to the purposes specified in separate regulations, such as accounting requirements.
Marketing data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
You have the right to request from the Controller:
- access to your personal data,
- correction of your personal data,
- deletion of your personal data,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability.
You have the right to object to the processing referred to in section 3.2 where personal data is processed for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling.
However, the right to object may not apply where there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, particularly where processing is necessary for the establishment, pursuit, or defense of legal claims.
You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the Controller’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use certain functions of the Website.
Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be used in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under an agreement and for the Controller’s direct marketing activities.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer your personal data outside the European Union.
5. Information Provided Through Forms
The Website collects information voluntarily provided by users, including personal data where such data is submitted.
The Website may record connection parameters such as timestamps and IP addresses.
In certain cases, the Website may store information that makes it easier to associate data entered in a form with the email address of the user completing the form.
In such cases, the user’s email address may appear in the URL of the page containing the form.
Data submitted through forms is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, for example:
- handling a service request,
- responding to a business enquiry,
- registering services,
- other purposes clearly indicated by the form.
Each form includes context and information clearly explaining its intended purpose.
6. Administrator Logs
Information about user behavior on the Website may be logged.
This data is used for Website administration purposes.
7. Important Marketing Technologies
The Operator uses Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the United States) to statistically analyze website traffic.
The Operator does not provide personal data to this service provider and only transfers anonymized information.
The service uses cookies stored on the user’s end device.
With regard to information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, users can view and edit information derived from cookies using the appropriate Google tools.
The Operator uses remarketing technologies that allow advertising messages to be tailored to user behavior on the Website.
This may create the impression that users’ personal data is being used to track them, but in practice the Operator does not transfer personal data to advertising network operators.
The Operator uses the Facebook Pixel.
This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the United States) to determine that a registered Facebook user has visited the Website.
In this case, Facebook relies on data for which it is itself the controller.
The Operator does not provide Facebook with any additional personal data.
The Operator uses solutions that analyze user behavior through heatmaps and session recordings.
This information is anonymized before being transferred to the service provider so that the provider cannot identify the individual user.
In particular, passwords and other personal data entered by users are not recorded.
The Operator may also use solutions that automate Website activities in relation to users, such as sending an email after a user visits a specific subpage, provided that the user has consented to receiving marketing communications from the Operator.
